Bonita Ramocan, a graduate of UTECH, is a visionary STEM education advocate, having masterminded a roadmap toward an agenda for STEM education, leveraging UTECH’s role as the leading polytechnic university in the English-speaking Caribbean. For over 30 years Bonita has been at the forefront of marketing of educational media including leading international brands such as McGraw-Hill, MERRILL and SRA. Equipped with a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership, she now ushers in innovative products and services required by educators for students to become STEM proficient and future ‘ready’.
Dr. Lola Ramocan
Director and Chief Education Consultant
Dr. Ramocan Ed.D, is a graduate of Shortwood Teachers’ College with distinction in teaching. She is a curriculum specialist, a former Senior Education Officer in the MOEY,
and a Quality Education and Early Childhood Development Specialist with UNICEF. She is a trainer of trainers using cutting edge education practices such as Professional Learning Communities (PLC) to promote best practices, as demonstrated in her training of principals in collaboration with the Jamaica Teaching Council and the Ontario Principals’ Council.
Wilf Talbot
Programmes Manager
Wilf is a management professional, certified Project Manager and Customer Experience specialist with extensive international experience having directed strategic commercial and technical projects both in the UK and the Caribbean, and also in Jamaica with JPS and Cable & Wireless regionally. Wilf has a technical education background in electronics and electrical engineering. He has also developed digital K-12 education media, teachers’ resources, training and development.

Ron Wade-Megghross is a programmer, technology consultant, and the founder of Form and Motive LLC - a firm focused on designing and implementing technological solutions for organisations of all sizes. He holds a BSc. in IT & Enterprise Computing from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
Trevor Massey
Education Management Consultant
Trevor has spent a lifetime working in the management ranks of several post-secondary institutions including the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT), the University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica, and La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa. As Chair of the Lifelong Leadership Institute in Ontario, Trevor works with young leaders to aspire to STEM professions to propel leadership development & empowerment of Black youth.

Troy -is co-cofounder of the Museum of Diversity and IT specialist behind the building of the Commonwealth Virtual Museum, which is at the forefront of a digitally enabled storytelling landscape that offers member states a special forum for collaboration, experience sharing, and positive change-driven initiatives.
